Wetsuits
Quintano Roo Super Full – 2008 – The neck was too high and caused a lot of rubbing. The cuffs started to get loose and allow too much water to come into the suit and bloat. THe shoulders were a bit constricting
Zoot Zenith 2.0 – 2009 – This would be the perfect wetsuit once Zoot learns how to have flat seems inside the suit or seemless for that matter. Having a hight stitch seam right at the arm pit area where you are constatly moving causes a problem. For a tight fitting suit, it rips through your arm pit and causes serious irritation. Other wise it would be the perfect balance of flotation in the hips, rubber thickness, low neck profile, wrist cuffs.
BlueSeventy Helix – 2009 – The greatest suit ever made. Great shoulder flexibility. Low neck line and no chaffing. Wrist cuffs are super tight to stop water leaking, which is also a drawback as it’s hard to take the hands out during transition. Very bouyant and very comfortable. The reverse zipper helps a lot too. You can put this suit on and zip by yourself.
